10:30 – 11:30 Nia – Through Movement We Find Health
Experience Nia a joyful approach to fitness that will leave you feeling more energized, grounded, relaxed and empowered. Through music, movement, sounding and other techniques, participants are encouraged to stay in the present and connect to their body, mind, emotions and spirits. Nia is for all body types and levels of fitness.
Pauline Osborne is the owner of Moving To Heal and a registered nurse, certified Integrative Medicine Health Coach, and Black Belt Nia instructor. She empowers her students and clients to step into their joyful essence to positively shape the way they feel, look, think and live. She loves sharing the joy of Nia and movement with her students and offers general and therapeutic-based Nia classes to the community.
